Nucleus

Picture
The nucleus house chromosomes and are where genes are located. It is the most conspicuous organelle in eukaryotic cells. The nucleus is enclosed by a nuclear envelope that are separarted by the cytoplasm. The nuclear envelope is a double membrane, each with a lipid bilayer that associate with proteins. The proteins that the nuclear envelope asssociates are complex (pore complex) because it regulate what comes in and out of the membrane. Chromosomes is made up of chromatin. They turned into chromosme when cell division occurs. With in the nucleus, there is a nuceolous. In the nuceolous, ribosomal RNA are being synthesized.
